Payment Methods
Mail
Payments for Invoices can be sent to P.O. Box 2140,
Bedford Park, IL 60499-2140. A pre-addressed return envelope is included in your bill for your convenience.
Payments for Permit Related Fees (connections, annexations, and/or fines) can be sent to P.O. Box 750, Gurnee, IL 60031
District Administration Building – Gurnee
Payments can always be made in person at our Administration Building, located at 14770 W. William Koepsel Drive in Gurnee. Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. A night box is available at the entrance to the office building for payments outside of regular office hours.
Credit Card
Residents can pay by phone through the Illinois State Treasurer’s Office. The Treasurer’s Office accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. Payments can be made by calling 888-862-3819. It can also be done online at Illinois ePAY. The state’s ePAY program does include a convenience fee for this service. If you experience any issues, please contact ePAY at 855-226-7337.
Automatic Bill Payment Program
